THE RULES:
No Spam - Do Not Spam! If we catch you spamming we will contact you and remind you it is against the rules. If you continue spamming you will receive a infraction. Further spamming will result in limited forum access. And in a worse case scenario, you will be banned.
Don't Double Post - Edit your posts please! The first time you double post we will contact you and remind you that it is against the rules. The second time you will receive and infraction. If you continue to double post you will be given limited forum access.
Don't Talk In Caps - First time offenders will receive a reminder not to post in capital letters. If you continue to talk in caps you will be given limited forum access.
No Flaming - Do not flame other members. The first time will result in a warning. The second time you flame some one it will result in an infraction. The next time it will result in a PERM BAN.
No Flooding - Do not flood the forum with posts by posting in every single topic! First time offenders will receive a reminder. If you continue to flood the forums you will be given limited access.
Post In Correct Forum - Please post in the correct forum. Moderators will lock your topics if they are not in the correct forum. If you continue to post in the wrong forum then you will receive a reminder and may be given limited access.
No Gravedigging - This means do not bump old topics that are no longer active. If the topic hasn't been active for 15+ days then it is considered dead so do not try to bump it back to life. First time offenders will receive a reminder. If you continue you will receive an infraction.
No Discrimination - This means do not discriminate other members because of their name, the forum they came from, their age, their race, etc. You will receive a ban for breaking this rule, no warnings will be given.
Be Respectful - Please respect other members. If they do not respect you then report them, but don't disrespect them back. If you are disrespectful you may receive an infraction. If you continue to be disrespectful then you will receive a ban. Do not disrespect this forum, you abuse it you lose it!
No Posting Infected Files - Do not post any malicious computer software that interferes with normal computer functions or sends personal data about the user to unauthorized parties over the Internet. This includes keylogged programs or programs that keylog. Do not promote or encourage Malware. Any posted malware will result in ban. USE COMMON SENSE, and scan every file you download.
No Multiple Acc's - Do not make more than one account. If you are banned and have more then one account then it will also be banned. If you make other accounts for other reasons then they will be deleted.

FINAL NOTES :
-Infractions can expire over a period of 90 days. It is up to the Moderator, Administrator or Owners to allow the infraction to have an expiration date or not. The level of the offense reflects the infractions.
-If you have limited access you will not be able to post in all forums or view all forums.
-Some rules may be flexible depending on the situation. Not all the rules are firm.
The actions of the Administration of RHAEX are in the intention to control the forum and make sure every member remains safe during their time here. The Administration has the ability to deal out any punishment to any individual on this forum by their own judgment. Everyone who registers here is subject to any punishment by the Rhaex Administration's best Judgment.
